Responsibilities
Develop and implement organic content marketing strategies, including SEO and CRM/email automation.
Develop and implement paid digital marketing campaigns, both paid search and paid social.
Develop and implement the influencer marketing program.
Produce marketing and product launch assets.
Analyze paid and organic digital marketing metrics to develop strategies to increase share of voice and brand sentiment.
Analyze attribution models for metrics reporting, user experience enhancement, and campaign budget optimization.
Collaborate with sales to maintain CRM automation and ensure meticulous customer and pipeline segmentation to support marketing channel conversion.
Review and report on campaign analytics, including ROI and KPI metrics.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
5 years of experience in digital and print marketing
Strong proficiency in art direction, design, and writing.
Analytical mindset with a passion for data measurement
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong project management skills
Preferred
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment focused on team participation
Experience and expertise with Hubspot
Experience with Adobe Suite or other design software.
A passion for the food and baking industry.
