Responsibilities

Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD or Revit

Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details based on design concepts and specifications

Prepare 3D models and renderings to support design presentations

Work closely with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure design intent and accuracy

Participate in project meetings and coordinate with team members to integrate design solutions

Produce and maintain accurate and comprehensive architectural documentation

Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and regulations

Assist in the preparation of project specifications and construction documents

Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements

Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure adherence to design plans

Provide technical support and guidance to junior drafters and other team members

Stay updated with the latest drafting software, tools, and industry trends
