Responsibilities

Deliver high quality of customer service by resolving frontline issues with responsiveness, professionalism, and customized support

Develop expertise at the level of Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned applications

Deliver accurate and complete documentation of resources, job aids, learnings, one pagers and training materials

Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for application enhancements and releases

Help gather requirements (UCD) for enhancements by engaging with end users frequently, both in formal and informal settings

Support leadership to identify opportunities for application enhancements and help define the short-term and long-term application roadmap, including the customer/end user experience map and features

Required

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Inquisitive, self-motivated, detail oriented and results driven.

Strong written & verbal communication skills, including the ability to present at meetings.

Flexible to changing priorities in stressful situations.

Capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and limited supervision.

Possesses strong interpersonal and influence skills.

Collaborates well in a cross functional environment to complete projects accurately & on-time.

Strong Excel Skills to process through data extracts from SAP and Salesforce.

MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred

ASN/EDI experience

SQL

Familiarity with FLUS applications, e.g., Masterfiles, SAP, WATS, Accounts Receivable

Experience with FLUS business process and technology solutions

Managing product development deliverables such as requirements gathering, coordinate acceptance testing, and project go-live
