Responsibilities
Participate in all phases of the business application life cycle including design, development, validation, and deployment.
Gather requirements from business users and create mock-ups/prototypes.
Design and implement unit tests while programming modules and perform system tests.
Establish industry best practices for business application development.
Create process maps, assess enhancements, and perform impact analysis.
Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements and identify process areas for improvement.
Support daily production and planning activities and resolve user-reported issues.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, any Engineering or in a closely related field
3 years of work experience as a Business Analyst or in a closely related occupation
SAP Certified Application Associate - Procurement
Experience in implementing SAP Sourcing and Procurement module including requirement gathering, gap analysis, design and development, testing/validation, and deployment
Experience in integrating the SAP Sourcing and Procurement module with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems
Utilize the SAP software application to introduce standard functionalities and enhancements to the existing design of target systems for continuous process improvement
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on production issues and provide permanent fixes to prevent recurrence and improve system stability
Experience with enhancement projects such as RICEFW development and testing for improving and customizing specific functionalities within a system
Create Test Plans and Test Scripts to perform the validation of newly developed features and enhancements of SAP Sourcing and Procurement to ensure their functionality and reliability
Experience preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and end user trainings for deploying changes to the target systems ensuring smooth adoption of the modifications
Preferred
SAP Procurement Associate level certification
