Responsibilities

Provide technical, industry, process, and trouble-shooting support to a team of operations analysts and specialists within and outside of their own unit/discipline.

Responsible for the daily processing of back office operations of Income and Corporate Action events

Manages large-scale projects in terms of criticality and urgency relative to importance for the firm, urgency of time to market, or other measurements deemed applicable by management.

Primary focus is on day-to-day operational execution, although roles will also include contributing to strategic planning within area of expertise.

Direction given to peers and helps complete knowledge transfer to teams.

Key contributor in decision-making process.
