Responsibilities
Expense Reporting: Handle expense reporting for a large group of US travelers, coordinating with the accounting team to ensure proper procedures and timely payouts.
Account Management: Manage services such as uniforms, travel, and communication.
Invoice Review: Review and post invoices to ensure correct payments by company/vendors.
Event Assistance: Assist local and onsite teams with events, including contracts, payments, and attendance.
Vendor Management: Support onsite management with setting up new accounts, business license renewals, and ongoing vendor support.

Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in an office-based support role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.
Capable of handling a diverse and steady workload to support team members.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
