Responsibilities

Convert V93000 test programs, hardware schematics, data logs, and complete test plans to an ETS-800 solution.
Ensure that the converted test plan meets the requirements and specifications provided by Texas Instruments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition to the ETS-800 platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the conversion process.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of the conversion process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to semiconductor testing.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in semiconductor testing, with a focus on ETS-800 (Teradyne) or related platforms.
Familiarity with V93000 (Advantest) test programs and hardware schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred

Prior experience in converting test plans from V93000 to ETS-800 is preferred.
Knowledge of Texas Instruments' testing requirements is a plus.
