Responsibilities
Devise, plan, deploy, and optimize wireless networks from the beginning to implementation by collaborating with different teams and vendors.
Use tools to evaluate, test and tweak wireless products, such as routers, switches, wireless controllers, prime infrastructure, wireless monitoring systems, among others.
Installing, configuring, and customizing Cisco DNA Centre, CMX and Prime Infrastructure.
Leading and performing wireless site surveys with vendor engineers and generating survey reports including AP layouts.
Optimizing wireless network coverage and performance in wireless client high-density areas by reviewing current wireless system configurations.
Working with the security team to evaluate threats, troubleshoot issues, and comply with appropriate security configuration standards of their organizations.
Designing and deploying changes to the configurations of existing wireless devices as per the applicable change management process.
Writing manuals and documenting current network procedures.
Extensive experience in configuring and customizing Cisco DNA Centre Software, Cisco Connected Mobile Experience, Prime Infrastructure.
Strong experience utilizing wireless site survey toolset and generating reports.
Deep knowledge and experience with wireless client high-density design, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Deep knowledge and experience in wireless security authentication and encryption protocols including Cisco ISE.
Knowledge of Cisco IOS configuration and troubleshooting across multiple platforms.
In-depth understanding of core CCNA & CCNP (Routing and Switching protocols), Check Point firewall, ASA.
In-depth understanding of protocols RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, VTP, SPT, HSRP.
Experience in support and implementation of Routing, Switching, Security, and Wireless. Should be able to communicate with Stakeholders and Service providers.
Working with partners to ensure that their networks are configured and maintained to support the levels of availability required.
Ability to identify critical IT issues and propose viable solutions.
Upgrading customer data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases.
Configuring routing and switching equipment.
Configuring Network Management and Authentication Systems.
Configuring wireless systems and location-based services.
Collecting the required vendor/customer qualifications.
Providing remote support for on-site engineers and customers' equipment during installation or hardware support.
Providing remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation.

Required
Must Have: Cisco wireless and wired network, ACI, DNAC, and strong network switching and routing troubleshooting skills
7-11 years of Experience in Networking, Security, Design implementation and Operational support
Experience on support and implementation of Routing, Switching, Security and Wireless
