Responsibilities

Lead process design and evaluate alternate process train for clients

Work closely with the Industrial Water process Subject Matter Specialist

Manage projects, deliver them on time and within budgets

Mentor and train junior engineers

Collaborate with Design Services and Integrated Project Delivery Services

Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to project team members

Develop sustainable project delivery capabilities for the service line

Create personal relationships with strategic client’s key personnel

Contribute to all areas of the IW business

Deliver the BC experience to employees and clients

Required

Minimum BS in science or engineering

Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering and project management

Understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes

Biological treatment technology experience

Physical chemical treatment technology experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High level of emotional intelligence

Project Management

Capital and operation and maintenance cost estimation

Project scheduling and work planning

Strong competitor knowledge and focus – Develops competitor evaluations and strategies.
