Responsibilities

Monitor customer infrastructure using tools or defined SOPs to identify failures and mitigate them by raising tickets with defined priority and severity.

Update SOP with updated troubleshooting instructions and process changes.

Mentor new team members in understanding customer infrastructure and processes.

Perform analysis for driving incident reduction.

Resolve L1 incidents and service requests.

Required

Senior AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer with 5-7 years of AWS/DevOps experience

Experience with AWS environment and deployment

Experience creating CI/CD pipelines using CDK in AWS code pipeline

Experience with GitHub

Experience with cloud deployments, continuous integration and deployment pipeline and tools, security and infrastructure

Experience with centralized key management infrastructure to support data encryption in a multi-account, multi-region AWS environment

Experience in creating secrets in IaC

Experience with centralized certificate management infrastructure to support SSL certificate requirements in a multi-account, multi-region AWS environment

Experience with AWS CodePipeline and AWS CodeStar a plus

Experience creating multi pipelines

Experience S3, LMS keys, AWS Glue, IaM roles, Lambda, Yaml, JSON, Python

Experience in EC2, Apigateway, RDS
