Responsibilities
Serve as a project manager and participant coordinator for DOE Branch services requested by other Divisions within DWR.
Facilitate the project process life cycle from initial project request to design and construction completion milestones.
Develop agendas, coordinate project team meetings, maintain project controls, develop project schedules, budgets, and resource loading.
Organize and document various meetings and complete other project-related and technical duties as assigned.

Required
Minimum of B.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
5+ years’ of progressively responsible experience in water resources planning and management, engineering and/or construction services with at least 2+ years in a project management or project coordinator role.
Demonstrated ability to support Federal, State, and local agencies in the western United States.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage complex projects/programs.
Eager to learn and be self-sufficient in executing a DOE PM/PMC project with support from the internal GEI and DOE project team members.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing, team leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong capability to work remotely and independently while maintaining productivity and motivation.
Familiarity with MS Office, MS Project, and other typical project management and project coordination related software.
Willing to travel to and work at client offices as needed.
Valid U.S. driver’s license.
