Responsibilities

Oversee, lead, and build commercial forecasting and analytics function in the screening division

Prepare and deliver demand and revenue forecasts in partnership with FP&A and other commercial leaders

Utilize operational analyses and data sources for market sizing and competitor trends

Partner with sales and marketing team to validate commercial strategy and assess internal strengths and weaknesses

Drive collaborations with cross-functional partners to ensure actionable insights

Work with commercial leaders to assess performance and market position

Required

10+ years of related, relevant experience (i.e., analytics, market research, marketing, sales, etc. in pharma, biotech or diagnostics) required

Experience and knowledge in field force planning and optimization, territory planning and alignment and incentive compensation design, analytics, and operations.

Exemplary experience and proven track record executing across multiple aspects of commercial analytics and insights, including forecasting, sales analytics, and primary market research.

Strong people management and leadership experience, and a demonstrated track record of successful build out of team at early stages of market development

Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-based environment and partner with external/internal stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have both prior experiences in management consulting applied to pharma or biotech, and direct experience in the industry in an analytical role

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a quantitative discipline.

Preferred

2+ years of primary care, cancer screening or specialty diagnostics analytics experience preferred

Advanced degree preferred (PhD, MBA)
