Responsibilities

Utilize IT ticketing support systems to respond to user queries and requests via various channels.
Administer and work within the IT environment, supporting the team with operating systems and platforms.
Communicate effectively to gather information, determine root causes, and develop solutions for user issues.
Create and maintain training/user guides in company support documentation.
Grant license requests and access changes, provide weekly reports, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required

Willingness to learn our technical environment and pursue a career in IT
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work as part of team or alone as needed

Willingness to work on-call in the event of rare urgent requests
Passion about building a big business that transforms the healthcare industry

Preferred

Support knowledge across OS (Mac and/or Windows) would be an advantage
Ability to adapt your communication style in order to service requests from a diverse user base which includes both technical and non-technical users
An eye for changing processes to suggest improvements would be great for some tasks like onboarding!
Any additional technical knowledge, including but not limited to PC building, programming, building out automation, experience with compliance frameworks, etc.
