Responsibilities
Collaborate with loan origination developers, analysts, and various stakeholders to identify and meet customer-facing loan documentation requirements.
Lead test case reviews with Subject Matter Experts (SME).
Create test summary reports and communicate bugs effectively.
Lead requirements gathering sessions and participate in triage sessions on identified bugs.
Monitor production issues, execute production checkout, and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Handle other internal projects as assigned.

Required
5 years of quality assurance or relevant experience
Strong understanding of mortgage loan documentation and the interdependencies to associated loan processes
Proficient Microsoft application skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint)
Understand the utilization of Salesforce cases
Demonstrated ability to utilize and manage AzureDev (ADO)
Proven strong interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Experience developing test scripts and communicating testing progress
Demonstrated ability as self-starter
Demonstrated ability to multitask on a portfolio of projects (2-4 concurrent)
Possess an inquisitive mind that is driven to identify issues
Passion to learn new skills and take on difficult tasks
Ability to analyze impact of process changes at the feature, application, systems and enterprise level
Demonstrated analytical and technical skills ability to identify root causes of exceptions, and work directly with change agents resolve
Experience working Agile methodologies
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight or more years of direct experience with project management responsibilities
Preferred
Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations
Strong understanding and use of project management techniques and testing processes and supervises their use
Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
Strong project management, organization and analytical skills
Effective interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Effective leadership and negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of a business line or function area
