Responsibilities

Improve Bloomreach’s Semantic algorithms and deliver better Search Relevance and Ranking experiences.

Extract and analyze user behavior data from internal data warehouses to identify improvement opportunities.

Interface with internal and external stakeholders to determine new features and work with engineering teams to provide technical solutions.

Create easy-to-use APIs for developers to test various algorithm modules.

Collaborate with the Director of Search to plan the innovation roadmap for the Search engine.

Explore areas such as NLP for international languages, conversational AI, and user personalization.

Required

Bachelor or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field

3 years experience as Product Manager, Product Management Specialist, Business Analyst, or related occupation

Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in each of the following: B2B SaaS, E-commerce, search or analytics technologies, SQL, Collaborating cross functionally and working with geographically dispersed teams to execute on product initiatives
