Responsibilities
Facilitate project development, including product sizing, quote development, order processing, and material tracking.
Update outside sales engineers and customers on delivery schedule changes.
Utilize Salesforce for accurate opportunity tracking and communication.
Interpret construction bid documents and generate equipment selections and formal quotations.
Develop customer relationships and work on potential leads with Outside Sales Engineers.
Act as a liaison for OSE via various communication channels to facilitate coordination with other parties.
Ensure accuracy in order entries and communicate updates effectively.
Report customer and business trends to Division Sales Manager.
Travel as necessary for sales meetings, factory trainings, and job site visits.
Communicate clearly and concisely with customers and staff.
Stay up-to-date with departmental policies and procedures.

Required
5 or more years of industry experience and a HVAC or Plumbing related AA degree or higher; 4-year degree preferred
A valid driver's license is required to operate a motor vehicle and you must maintain a driving record acceptable to our liability carrier
Plumbing &/or HVAC background
Experience with Salesforce or a CRM tool
