Responsibilities
Execute tactics to promote Herbalife's business opportunities to new prospects, including entrepreneurs and side hustlers.
Review and assess the current business strategy, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities.
Lead efforts in defining messaging and branding to make Herbalife's offering more appealing to different target audiences.
Develop customer journeys and segmentation profiles to effectively target and engage various audience segments.
Conduct research on industries, market trends, and customer preferences to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
Utilize market data to design and execute A/B testing across various channels.
Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL to gather insights and make data-informed decisions.
Implement omnichannel strategies involving digital platforms, e-commerce, and social media.
Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project's performance.
Communicate with Regions globally, serve as subject matter expert, and partner with them to deliver best practices.
Work closely with different departments to execute strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Facilitate cross-functional teamwork to achieve business objectives.
Drive collaboration between Digital and front-office teams.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in business strategy, marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a focus on entrepreneurial and start-up environments.
Proven experience in creating and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Strong knowledge of journey mapping, customer segmentation, and profiling.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL preferred).
Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Innovative, curious, and highly entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.
