Responsibilities

Develop and support project timelines and budgets, including creating project plans and communicating with key stakeholders.

Coordinate installer bids and analyze submittals for review with leadership.

Lead fixture, equipment, and signage installations for multiple stores, ensuring execution is to standard and high quality.

Maintain schedules to meet deadlines and resolve issues timely within budget.

Track project costs, coordinate approved change orders, and provide timely cost information to finance partners.

Create and track project punchlist to ensure effective and timely closeout.

Required

BA/BS degree required.

3-5 years of experience

Strong organizational skills, project management skills, and attention to detail

Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet

High comfort level working in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments

Outstanding work ethic; displays a high sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
