Responsibilities

Work with engineers and sales team to create user-friendly and efficient user flows for healthcare professionals and patients.

Design and implement innovative solutions to enhance the clarity and usability of Anima's applications and website.

Lead the design and implementation of flagship features, such as video consultations and integrations with NHS APIs, to optimize user experience.

Collaborate with engineers to utilize user cohort insights and A/B testing results for feature selection and design decisions.

Contribute to team scaling and process implementation to maximize team productivity and user satisfaction.

Transition into potential managerial/executive role and define design standards for continuous feature development and high retention rates.
