Responsibilities
Maintain stock of office supplies and submit orders for supplies, equipment, and training materials. Manage Accounting Credit Card System for purchases. Assist in personnel in/out processing and office space accommodations. Submit building/office maintenance requests and support travel preparation.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field OR equivalent years of experience.
Minimum three (3) or more years of experience in performing listed tasks.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and change of priorities.
Ability to learn and become proficient in use of the CDC automated administrative systems.
Ability to analyze administrative problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions.
Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Ability to interact and aid government staff and customers around the world with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.
Critical thinking skills and attention to detail and deadlines required.
Strong organization and professional maturity.
Possess a strong work ethic, flexibility, optimism, creativity and personal motivation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various team members.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
