Responsibilities
Participate in hole drill and inspection technology development projects
Develop tooling, process parameters, and controls to create a capable and stable process
Perform technology and process development tasks; including, first piece runs, measurement system analysis and capability assessments
Coordination and communication with Engineering on Manufacturing capabilities, development timelines, and manufacturing readiness

Required
A university degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, aerospace engineering or similar
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Must be a US Citizen due to Government Contracts
Preferred
Experience with continuous improvement tools: Process Certification, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, PFMEA, Six Sigma and/or Red-X
Experience with non-conventional machining (laser and EDM preferred)
Demonstrated history of manufacturing technology development work
