Responsibilities
Conduct thorough risk surveys on diverse commercial properties.
Prepare comprehensive COPE reports detailing client exposures and recommended loss control strategies.
Collaborate with account teams to attract new clients and maintain existing relationships.
Coordinate and participate in insurer-led site surveys.
Assist clients in preparing for insurer property inspections and responding to risk improvement recommendations.
Provide expert consultation on property protection strategies.
Review project plans and offer guidance based on industry standards.
Develop and deliver client presentations and training sessions on fire safety and property protection.

Required
Bachelor's degree in an engineering field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property loss control or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess diverse property risks.
Familiarity with NFPA and other industry standards.
Effective communication skills for client interactions and presentations.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
