Responsibilities
Provide technical support to internal and external customers related to Escapes, Quality Management System Procedures, Regulations, and Compliance.
Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to quality standards and customer requirements.
Provide timely disposition, correction, and closure of nonconforming material as Material Review Board (MRB) member.
Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) for quality issues.
Plan and review First Article Inspection (FAI).
Lead or participate in internal and external quality system and/or process audits.
Lead or participate in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities.
Engage with Engineering and Operations in Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans reviews to identify potential product and process risks and mitigation actions.

Required
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62.
Preferred
Six Sigma Black or Green Belt.
ASQ CQE/CQM Certification.
Experience working in military or aerospace quality systems.
Experience working directly with customers and suppliers.
Working knowledge and understanding of current ISO 9001/AS 9100 quality systems.
Working knowledge of engineering specifications and drawings.
Experience working root cause corrective actions and investigations.
Experience with MS Windows – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
