Responsibilities
Help ensure the continuous operation and reliability of GLG's critical systems.
Interface with Engineering and Helpdesk to triage and resolve system issues.
Diagnose and resolve issues when identified.
Communicate resolutions to stakeholders and be able to explain technical solutions to non-technical people.

Required
Currently working toward a degree in computer science (or related engineering degree) is preferred.
A strong interest in learning the languages leveraged at GLG including JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and SQL.
A strong interest in problem solving.
The ability to investigate and diagnose system problems.
The ability to effectively communicate between audiences of differing technical skill levels.
