Responsibilities

Report defects and provide suggestions for application enhancements

Demonstrate effective testing skills, and proficient knowledge in test planning and execution

Show good analytical skills and strong experience collaborating with development, product management and delivery teams throughout the SDLC

Communicate in an organized and effective manner with the ability to work independently, multitask and work on multiple projects

Partner with Customer Support team in triaging complex application issues

Required

2+ years of experience in a QA role - automation is strongly preferred

2+ years of experience with Cypress or equivalent automation system (Selenium, Playwright, etc.)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic Agile/Scrum work environment

Proven experience in interacting and coordinating test activities amongst multiple teams in multiple locations

The ability to identify issues and communicate their priority and impact in a clear and concise way

Strong experience in building test plans for releases, determining risk assessment and impact for software applications and how to build those into a test plan

A willingness to collaborate and build knowledge within a QA team - sharing experience and knowledge to further objectives

Strong verbal and written communication skills with peers across departments

An understanding of what it means to own 'code quality' for a squad
