Responsibilities
Assist in building and managing internal and customer-facing infrastructure
Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and stability
Participate in after-hours maintenance, upgrades, and on-call rotation
Enable and provide tools for the engineering team to innovate at scale
Implement strategies for fast incident recovery
Design resilient infrastructure for critical systems
Ensure compliance, security, and monitoring systems
Develop and maintain automation processes using latest technologies

Required
3+ years experience in system administration and engineering experience, preferably in medium to large scale Windows based production environments
3+ years experience building and supporting cloud infrastructure, preferably in Azure
3+ years experience administering firewall and routing technologies in cloud environments
3+ years experience with application Integration and SSO experience is preferred
3+ years experience with Linux administration
Experience working alongside and supporting software engineers
Subject matter expertise with network administration, design, architecture, and best practices
Competency with Kubernetes and Terraform or Infrastructure as code preferred
Experience with LDAP and AD system management and Windows Server and AD administration
Experience with application setup and maintenance
Demonstratable understanding of at least one scripting language, preferably PowerShell and comfortable with Python
Strong problem-solving skills and Capable of and willing to handle other basic IT related issues
Excellent customer support skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to be a part of an after-hours on call rotation
Preferred
Professional certifications (Microsoft Certified, CKA, HashiCorp, Cisco, etc.) are preferred but not required
