Responsibilities

Accountable for managing one or more moderate to large, diverse, and complex projects in healthcare information technology.

Oversee the setup of net new and/or modification of existing interfaces as independent projects or part of a larger deployment project.

Collaborate with global IS interface development team, IS application teams, project stakeholders, vendors, and customers.

Communicate status, risks, and issues for interface work across the team's portfolio.

Develop and modify process standards and objectives to a project as appropriate.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Project Management / Business Administration / Healthcare Administration / Clinical Or equivalent educ/experience

6 years Project management experience in healthcare, information services, or other relevant industry or operations leading medium to large complex projects using PM methodologies and software

6 years Project management experience in healthcare, information services, or other relevant industry or operations managing projects with multiple project teams, product development lifecycle, or quality lifecycle

6 years Project management experience in healthcare, information services, or other relevant industry or operations making formal and informal presentations to senior and executive management and key stakeholders

6 years Project management experience in healthcare, information services, or other relevant industry or operations developing and modifying process standards and objectives to a project as appropriate

Preferred

Coursework/Training in Project Management methodology based on PM principles

Experience working with the agile methodology

Ability to manage multiple overlapping efforts

Interface management experience

Upon hire: Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute
