Responsibilities

Develop bespoke capabilities and mobile applications needed for the FBI's Computer and Network Exploitation mission.

Partner with mission teams to build unique solutions for iOS, Android, and MacOS applications.

Evaluate and meet vendors associated with computer network exploitation and defense to identify potential tools for the unit's mission.

Research and develop mobile application vulnerabilities through reverse engineering.

Perform application level Pen Testing and forensics analysis.

Required

Experience in Software Engineering with a focus on mobile application development.

Experience in researching and developing application security for iOS and Android applications.

Experience with Android, iOS, and/or MacOS systems.

Must be a U.S. citizen

Must be able to obtain an SCI clearance

Some travel up to 10% is required

Selectee will be required to complete form FD-887, Request for Access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)

Degree with 30 semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science. At least 15 of the 30 semester hours must have been in any combination of statistics and mathematics that included differential and integral calculus.
