Responsibilities
Conduct detailed financial analysis of supply chain operations, including fulfillment and care organization labor planning and logistics expenses.
Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify and analyze cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain.
Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to implement cost-reduction strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the financial impact of supply chain initiatives and projects.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Work closely with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to align financial goals with operational objectives.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall supply chain performance.
Support the finance team with ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in supply chain management and finance.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance financial processes and systems.
Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in finance
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and synthesize findings for stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, proficient with SQL, and experience with financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and a self-starter.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to balance competing priorities and execute multiple overlapping deadlines.
Preferred
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Prior experience working in fast-paced mid-sized companies.
Reading English, comprehending, and following simple oral and written instructions.
The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and making fine discriminations in sound.
Frequent repeating motions required to operate a computer or phone that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
Environmental Conditions: occasional exposure to low temperatures or high temperatures, outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind, and noisy environments.
Physical Activities:
Occasionally ascending or descending stairs, ramps and the like.
Moving about to accomplish tasks and/or moving from one worksite to another.
Adjusting or moving objects up to 20 pounds in all directions.
Operating motor vehicles.
Occasional sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing/driving/flying.
