Responsibilities
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of activities
Manage Business ROB’s for the leadership team, calendar management, stakeholder management, and create presentations for the Leadership team
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients
Analyse technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess project feasibility
Review project plans and coordinate communication between multiple teams

Required
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
3-5 years of experience as Executive Administrator
Excellent Presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning & resource allocation.
Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc
Experience with Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)
Experience with Microsoft Powerpoint: 3 years (Required)
