Responsibilities
Answering the front door and phones.
Supplying orders & stocking.
Assisting with equipment contracts & maintenance.
Helping with cost tracking and credit card reconciliation.
Performing mailings, datamining & data entry.
Sending cards and decorating for birthdays/anniversaries.
Assisting with team building activities and internal events.
Providing support and backup to the Executive Assistant and COO.
Assisting with client events, client gifts, travel tracking/chargebacks.
Assisting with IT/Fiber, desk & mobile phones and monthly billing.
Providing administrative support to staff when needed.
Serving as a backup Executive Assistant as needed to the President.
Ordering supplies and helping with DocuSign documents.
Helping with inventory, organizing, office, managing deliveries.
Picking up lunches.

Required
2+ years of previous administrative experience with exposure to executive leadership
Calendar management experience
Microsoft Office Suite comfortability (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
