Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
Maintain office calendar and schedule customer appointments.
Procure and stock office supplies, ensuring office upkeep.
Receive purchase contracts and assist in transaction preparation by entering data and ordering title reports.
Review title reports, clear requirements, and provide documentation for transaction completion.
Occasional deliveries to customers as necessary.
Perform additional tasks in support of departmental goals.

Required
Ability to type 40+ WPM
Strong oral and written communication skills
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Impact
