Responsibilities

Design, Develop & maintain business critical applications / workflows using Microsoft .net.
Translate business requirements into intuitive workflow designs.
Review team members code, architecture, and documentation to provide feedback.
Create system design documents and architectures.
Trains and facilitates business users to create their own reports, apps, and automated processes using Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
Assists in creating documentation, cataloging and maintenance of Data Dictionaries.
Develops understanding of the current application portfolio
Contributes to setting development standards and procedures for source management, deployment management, environment management
Contributes to critical application decisions in system integrations, software selection process etc.
Continually enhance the usability and performance of our business applications and automation solutions.
Maintain detailed technical documentation and create release notes for new features. - Monitor technology updates and emerging products.

Required

Minimum of (3) three to (5) five years of experience in a developer role in full stack environment
Robust Experience with Object Oriented Design, C# programming, MVC, and .Net 5+
Must have knowledge on SQL queries, SQL Server, and relational database technology
Experience with Rest API development, integration knowledge and middleware integration expertise
Experience with Azure cloud services
Experience with Razor pages and Blazor UI
Experience with CI/CD pipeline, GIT, and Azure DevOps
Experience with Object-Relational Mapping and NHibernate
Must have experience in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps
Ability to handle change, multitask and keep up with a fast pace and consistently growing environment
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
Should have requirement gathering and documentation experience
Should be able to work closely with the business stakeholders and work towards the solutioning of the requirements
Effective written and verbal communication
