Responsibilities
Manage logistics tasks including sample receiving, scheduling, forecasting, equipment maintenance, and freezer farm status.
Monitor safety and compliance status of the ATO RA lab.
Provide production schedule overviews to management and support resource planning.
Participate in long-term forecasting meetings with partner teams.
Communicate planning and decisions to the ATO RA team for resource and testing planning.
Assist RA analysts with sample and testing issues.
Execute analytical tests within expected turnaround times using assays such as Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), Titer, Cation Exchange Chromatography (CEX), Reduced Capillary Electrophoresis (rCE-SDS), Non-Reduced Capillary Electrophoresis (nrCE-SDS), Capillary Ion Electrophoresis Focusing (cIEF), and ATOLL.
Adhere to turnaround times and required metrics for high throughput samples.
Document and review results in electronic laboratory notebooks.
Author, review, and verify technical documents and reports.
Work with the development team to implement methods, analyze data, and interpret results.
Provide technical input and generate written reports as needed.
Communicate project updates effectively.
Present scientific data in meetings.
Maintain lab instruments and follow equipment cleaning protocols.
Solve technical problems related to instruments and assays.

Required
High school diploma / GED and 4 years of Scientific experience OR
Associate’s degree and 2 years of Scientific experience OR
Bachelor’s degree
