Responsibilities

Lead the planning, development, and execution of automated email, SMS, and Push Notification marketing campaigns.

Design and develop custom HTML/CSS email templates, implement dynamic content integration, segmentation, and target list selection.

Execute marketing campaigns end-to-end using platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Support database management, testing agenda implementation, and performance analysis.

Ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices in email marketing campaigns.

Required

2+ years in marketing roles, with at least 1+ years in email marketing with a focus on consumer financial services or related industries; bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience

Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and tools, including expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics

Proficiency in SQL and Experience in database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms

Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability standards, and email rendering considerations across different clients and devices, industry trends and regulatory requirements

Demonstrated ability to drive successful campaigns and achieve measurable results

Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills
