Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce architecture and technical team; design, create, and enhance application architecture and assist the client to shape their architectural vision and roadmap plan.

Design and instruct the solution framework to the Salesforce development team.

Have a very good understanding of the Salesforce product roadmap and ability to compare it with other CRM products.

Have a very good understanding of Best Practice of Salesforce platform implementations.

Anticipate customer needs, provide inputs for the solution, demonstrate industry understanding, and provide inputs to customers on areas other than project work, gaining confidence with customers at higher levels to be treated as advisors involving Salesforce.

Encourage diversity of opinions and evaluate on individual merit without being biased.

Have an in-depth understanding of different processes/constituents and best practices of project management to provide proactive solutions for complex situations and execute multiple complex/critical projects.

Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Knowledge or certifications on Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer 1, LWCs, Integrations, Apex, etc.
