Responsibilities
Review the research results and user stories to understand user needs and preferences.
Do a UX Audit of the existing two-product customer portal and suggest best practices for updating it.
Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize system functionalities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into design concepts.
Design high-fidelity prototypes for user testing and feedback.
Iterate designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
Provide design documentation and guidelines for consistent implementation.
Build and handle a strong component library and hierarchy for easier scaling and responsiveness.
Ensure seamless integration of design elements with the technical team's developments.
