Responsibilities

Partner with operational service line leaders across the Revenue Integrity Business Unit to assess revenue generation and strategic impact of operational initiatives

Provide financial business partnership to key service line leaders for forecasting, budget analysis, and ROI assessment

Offer financial decision support to business leaders on operational initiatives, resource deployment, and program roadmap

Develop executive-level presentation materials on operations, revenue metrics, client analysis, and strategic plans

Support financial modeling, ad hoc analysis, and drive business strategy improvement

Contribute to streamlined financial and operational reporting

Required

Minimal 3-5 years of financial and/or operational analysis experience, ideally in the healthcare industry and/or high-growth PE backed company

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field

Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and handling large data sets using Excel

Ability to understand complex business drivers, produce high-quality analytics, and communicate results with accompanying actionable insights effectively

Experience with financial software and ERP systems, as well as data visualization / report management tools

Passion for data and the insights they unlock

Strong quantitative and analytical competency

High level of curiosity and desire to learn new skills

Ability to problem-solve, perform independent research, and develop innovative solutions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work collaboratively

Demonstrates organizational skills and attention to detail
