Responsibilities

Reporting compliance status data to operational quality management

Collaborating with center management on continuous improvement plans

Representing the center during audits and addressing quality concerns

Coordinating and managing training activities at the center level

Performing final QA review and release for shipments

Ensuring thoroughness, accuracy, and timeliness of center records

Maintaining and reviewing Plasma center personnel training documents

Initiating and monitoring training delivery to meet regulatory requirements

Identifying and communicating non-conformities to SOPs

Conducting internal audits and responding to deficiencies

Initiating, investigating, and closing Trackwise reports

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Complying with all SOPs, company policies, and regulations

Assisting Plasma center staff in completing special projects

Performing other job-related duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 1-year leadership experience or equivalent of one-year experience in a regulated environment

Strong customer service skills

Strong critical reasoning, decision-making and problem-solving skills to analyze situations

Organizational skills and attention to details to handle multiple tasks, short deadlines, frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities in support of changing company objectives
