Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of print projects from conception to delivery.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors for seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments for successful completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Gather client requirements and translate them into clear project specifications.
Ensure all print materials meet quality standards and client specifications.
Identify, select, and negotiate with print vendors and suppliers.
Track and manage project budgets, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
Continuously assess and improve print production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in print project management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of print production processes, materials, and techniques.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
