Responsibilities
Collaborate with technical stakeholders to execute training needs analysis.
Create gap closure plans based on needs analysis results.
Design and develop engineering training material.
Assist the facility department in managing maintenance indicators.
Create specifications and drawings for new equipment using CAD software.
Execute the facility department’s action plan to achieve yearly operation goals.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or related field along with progressive experience in the maintenance or facilities field in a manufacturing environment preferably within the automotive industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Demonstrated ability of building relationships, credibility and partnering with business leaders and peers.
Strong project and time management skills: Set and maintain priorities and meet deadlines. Lead multiple programs simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in both exercising company decisions and carrying out essential job duties that affect efficient business operations and its objectives, policies, practices, and conditions.
Experience with CAD software.
Knowledge and experience with PLC programming (preferably A/B or Siemens).
Experience with automation, design, installation, and repair of equipment.
Capacity to understand schematics and specifications of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Preferred
Experience with SAP system.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
