Responsibilities
Manage and keep leaders’ calendars up to date.
Understand the urgency and importance of all meeting requests to determine scheduling priorities.
Proactively communicate with the leader about any changes in meetings.
Coordinate travel logistics nationally and internationally according to company policies.
Research and book travel, compose detailed itineraries, and troubleshoot travel issues in real-time.
Coordinate and plan logistics for large leadership team meetings and small on-site team meetings.
Maintain office supplies, assist with IT issues, and manage building-related topics.
Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare detailed agendas and presentations.

Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
At least two (2) years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior level executives.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MacOS, Keynote, and G-Suite.
Experience with Slack, Expense Systems, Zoom/Teams, AV Systems, Apple iOS systems.
Professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills; strong phone etiquette; strong writing skills.
A track record of care and discretion; the ability to keep information completely confidential.
The flexibility to work early mornings and evenings occasionally, as needed.
Excellent, error-free written and verbal communication skills.
