Responsibilities
Customer Experience Analysis: Analyze customers' experience with billing and subscription management to influence the product roadmap.
Collaboration: Work with Commerce Product teams to understand the roadmap and planned feature releases. Lead and execute go-to-market plans for these releases.
Customer Journey Mapping: Partner with Commerce UX to map out and improve the end-to-end customer experience.
Enablement: Team up with cross-functional go-to-market counterparts to aid the Sales and Partner teams with enablement and readiness tools ahead of feature releases.
Messaging and Communication: Develop and craft messaging to highlight the value of new features in customer communications.
Issue Resolution: Triage and resolve any billing-related issues, escalating to leadership when necessary.
Stakeholder Engagement: Attend and contribute to all regularly scheduled Commerce, PMM, and cross-functional meetings.

Required
Minimum of 3 years in Product Marketing, with some time in Product Management being acceptable.
Proven ability to work closely with Product Managers to shape product outcomes.
Experience working across multiple cross-functional teams and driving timely deliverables.
Strong proficiency in communicating complex products and system transformations to varied audiences.
Experience in triaging, and resolving issues, incidents, and other escalations.
Exceptional writing, presenting, and storytelling skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or an Engineering-related field (MBA is a plus).
A never-ending curiosity about customers, products, and the business.
Preferred
Previous experience in product marketing or corporate communications.
Experience working in a tech-led company.
Strong writing, presenting, and storytelling skills; experience working with product managers and engineers.
Tech, banking, finance
