Responsibilities

Develop and update regular tracking and forecasting reports for the Division Leader, Finance Business Manager, and Operations Leader to assist with the management of business.

Work closely with various technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand complex business processes and define business requirements.

Support Project Managers and the Project Finance Controllers by identifying and tracking project risk.

Assess operational requirements and opportunities for improvement.

Analyze data, create reports, and recommend changes.

Optimize processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Coordinate with the business, corporate IT, and other back office support teams to improve portfolio performance tracking and resource management.

Required

5 or more years of experience working directly with clients and subject matter experts in a consulting role, particularly focused on technology implementation.

2 or more years of experience providing financial reporting and analysis.

1 or more years demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel formulas and data manipulation.
