Responsibilities
Drive product adoption and build Trusted Advisor relationships with PAC customers.
Manage a large and diverse portfolio of accounts, meeting or exceeding revenue retention and expansion targets.
Run customer meetings with C-Suite executives to articulate value and define customer goals for Quorum software.
Build loyal brand advocates who provide references and referrals.
Establish rapport and build relationships with ease, either in-person or online.
Promote best practices in the government affairs space through team and individual product demonstrations and trainings.
Address challenges quickly and creatively, advocating for clients and responding to diverse use cases.
Develop personal relationships with users and team members, supporting team success and client satisfaction.
Contribute to a diverse and inclusive team environment, expressing concern for team members’ success and well-being.
Have a positive impact on politics and potentially work on political campaigns.

Required
2+ years of experience working with a Political Action Committee (PAC) or for a PAC software vendor or PAC services provider
Experience implementing, supporting and/or operating PAC software
Proven track record of building Trusted Advisor relationships with customers or stakeholders
Confident running customer meetings with C-Suite executives to articulate value and define customer goals for Quorum software
Pride in building loyal brand advocates who provide references and referrals
Natural 'people person' who establishes rapport and builds relationships easily in-person or online
Passionate about teaching people how to use technology to solve everyday problems
Empathy towards others' unique situations and ability to channel empathy into working with them
Desire to build and maintain a diverse and inclusive team environment
Excitement about having a positive impact on politics and possibly having worked on political campaigns
Preferred
Experience working with Cision PAC management software
