Responsibilities
Market programs to Soldiers, parents, children and youth, and community partners utilizing strong creativity and writing skills
Design digital media and mass media outreach, and marketing materials
Provide guidance and information to different audiences
Problem solve and analyze statistical data from marketing efforts for sustainment or improvement of marketing campaign effectiveness
Gather information, make recommendations for program improvement, synthesize information, and provide communication (orally and written) to disseminate information throughout the organization
Deliver oral presentations to various size groups

Required
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of three years of marketing/product development experience
A combination of post-secondary education and at least five years of equivalent life/work experience in a related field such as (consulting, graphic design, training/curriculum development, business/program management, project management) can be considered commensurate with a Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred
Broad knowledge in the areas of youth development, education, graphic design, and family programs as well as an understanding of the ARNG is preferred
