Responsibilities
Effectively communicating with clients and account debtors regarding invoice approval status, verifications, aged receivables, and payment statuses.
Analyzing & reviewing client documentation submitted (invoices, purchase orders, supporting documentation, etc.) to ensure accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
Routine surveillance of client portfolio alongside Credit Department to assess client performance and identify any potential risks.
Monitoring both client and account debtor credit limits.
Data entry related to client funding submissions.
Assisting Treasury with the client collections process and reporting.
Monitoring and reducing aged receivables by proactively addressing any payment issues with both the client and account debtor.
Assisting senior credit analysts in the underwriting process for new accounts by reviewing bank statements, financials, and reporting through third party databases.
Customizing financing solutions to meet specific client needs and goals.

Required
2-3 years of experience in Account Management (financial services experience preferred).
Ability to handle different personality types.
Attention to detail.
