Senior Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure Deployment

Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of infrastructure deployment projects, ensuring alignment of engineering, operations, and supply chain work streams.
Providing project feasibility assessment, scoping, and requirements definition.
Supporting building due diligence review analysis, risk assessment, and communications infrastructure programming.
Supporting WAN service feasibility studies, bid analysis, and last-mile construction.
Supporting network, server, and wireless infrastructure design, hardware planning, and commissioning.
Supporting design and deployment of security systems.
Providing technical inputs for infrastructure deployment requirements during facility design development, permitting, and construction.
Supporting communications distribution design and low voltage integration efforts.
Acting as a technical liaison between internal engineering teams and project engineering vendors.
Supporting quarterly business reviews with engineering vendors.
Driving continuous improvement of program management procedures and design standards.
Partnering with product managers and engineering teams to develop infrastructure systems for improving and expanding operations.

Required
8+ years of experience with enterprise-level program management, preferably leading rapidly scaling technical infrastructure operations while providing regular reporting to executive-level stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, written and presentation skills.
Experience with detailed project planning, reporting, and measurement.
Experience working in a highly technical environment, and developing operational metrics.
Strong multi-tasking and influencing skills.
Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, and work within global time zones.
Experience leading the buildout of physical data centers and/or MDF/IDF spaces including copper & fiber cabling, power distribution, cooling, racking, and installation of network and security systems.
Experience developing communications distribution design drawings and construction documentation.
Experience with physical layer telecommunications and WAN circuit delivery. Telco background is a plus.
Working understanding of network, server, and wireless infrastructure architecture.
Preferred
Exposure to multiple program management methodologies is a plus. PMP certification is highly preferred.
BICSI RCDD credential is highly preferred. DCDC, OSP, NTS, and PSP certification is a plus.
