Responsibilities

Analyze, forecast, and budget operational expenses, focusing on R&D initiatives and strategic investments.

Provide decision support and advice through financial planning, performance monitoring, and variance analysis.

Partner with R&D and G&A departments to develop annual budgets and operational forecasts.

Conduct financial evaluations of business opportunities, assessing past, present, and future performance.

Prepare various financial reports for forecasting, trending, budgeting, and results analysis.

Coordinate regular business reviews for functional areas, presenting financial overviews and identifying areas for improvement.

Own monthly executive management reporting, consolidating financial performance metrics.

Required

Education: Master's or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ideally within a similar role.

Skills: Proficiency in building complex financial models using ERP/Business Intelligence systems (e.g., SAP, PowerBI). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.

Special Requirements: Prior experience in cost variance analysis, month-end close processes, and preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
