Responsibilities
Analyze financial data including revenues, expenditures, cost projections, and insurance to provide valuable insights.
Prepare and review CCBHC Cost Reports, budgets, and related reports in accordance with project scope.
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and analyze Payment Program Access (PPS) results, monitor variances, and identify trends.
Present clear and actionable financial analysis to executive management and other relevant stakeholders.

Required
Master's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
Five-to-ten years of progressive experience in fiscal management or administration, with recent familiarity with regulatory changes.
Proficiency in total accounting and financial management principles.
Experience in auditing, billing compliance reviews, and trend analysis within healthcare settings.
Familiarity with CCBHC clinics and understanding of healthcare billing and policies impacting provider revenue.
Knowledge of the behavioral health provider/government ecosystem, including CCBHCs and FQHCs.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey financial analyses to audiences of varying levels of financial literacy.
